Working for Health and Growth: ​Investing in the Health Workforce

The UN High-Level Commission on Health Employment and Economic Growth released a new report "Working for Health and Growth: Investing in the Health Workforce". This report makes ten recommendations to strengthen health and social protection systems, including the creation of new jobs in the health sector. In collaboration with the WHO, the GWHWI convened leading health workforce organizations for a briefing on this report. The briefing was led by Jim Campbell, Director of the WHO Health Workforce Department and hosted at the GW School of of Nursing. Read report
