A research study by GWHWI members Patricia Pittman and Ellen Scully-Russ, explores the dynamic processes and interactions by which workforce planning and development (WFPD) is evolving in this new environment. A case study design is used to examine how workforce changes are being managed by Kaiser Permanente and the Montefiore Health System. ​Read article
