Workplace Change Collaborative

The Health and Public Safety Workforce Resiliency Technical Assistance Center, the Workplace Change Collaborative (WCC), is a HRSA-funded center focused on supporting the Health and Public Safety Workforce Resiliency Training Program (HPSWRTP) and Promoting Resilience and Mental Health among the Health Professional Workforce (PRMHW) grantees in their on-the-ground efforts to promote wellness and reduce burnout among health and public safety workers and trainees and create better working and learning environments. 
The WCC also aims to capture best evidence-based practices, lessons learned, tools and resources related to reducing burnout and promoting wellness in the Health and Public Safety Workforce and share this information with HRSA grantees and public audiences.
The main goals of the WCC are to:
  1. Support and enhance the work of the 34 HRSA Health and Public Safety Workforce Resiliency Training Program (HPSWRTP) and 10 Promoting Resilience and Mental Health among the Health Professional Workforce (PRMHW) grantees in addressing burnout.
  2. Develop a National Framework and repository of evidence-informed and evidence-based strategies, resources, and tools for addressing burnout, promoting wellness, and creating better working and learning environments.
MISSION
To create better working and learning environments for health and public safety workers and trainees.

Funding: This program is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award totaling $5,940,548 with zero percentage financed with non-governmental sources.
