- Lauren Enright is a Senior Project Manager with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). She works closely with healthcare and community leaders in the United Kingdom and United States to build quality improvement capacity/capability, develop leadership skills, improve healthcare worker wellbeing, and advance health equity. Before joining IHI in December 2020, Lauren worked as an OB/GYN medical assistant and public-school health educator in the U.S., a United Nations intern in Armenia, and public health researcher across Southeast Asia. She holds a BS in Behavioral Neuroscience and a BS in Health Science from Northeastern University.
