Kimmy Fleming, PhD
Moral Injury of Healthcare, LLC

Kimmy Fleming, PhD is a clinical psychologist, educator, and program officer for Moral Injury of Healthcare (fixmoralinjury.org), a nonprofit organization that provides training and consultation to organizations focused on alleviating distress in their workforce. From her work in academic medicine, Dr. Fleming gained expertise in physician wellness, integrated health care, clinical health psychology, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. She continues to work as a Clinical Psychologist in private practice specializing in trauma-related disorders, psycho-oncology, LGBTQIA+ mental health, and Health Care Provider mental health. Dr. Fleming received her BA, MA, and PhD from the University of Missouri. She completed her pre-doctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Kansas Medical Center with an emphasis in Clinical Health Psychology and Underserved Populations.
