Emma Dewhurst is a Research Assistant in the Department of Health Policy and Management and an MPP candidate at the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration. Concentrating on program evaluation and policy analysis, Emma is particularly interested in reproductive health and women's policy issues. Before joining the Mullan Institute, Emma worked as a case manager for a social services and workforce development nonprofit in Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics.
