About the CenterThe Center for Health Pathways addresses challenges relating to the first two domains of the Mullan Institute Health Workforce Equity Framework: who enters the health workforce and how they are educated and trained.
Our goal is to innovatively support and align impactful pathway programs which will efficiently produce a health workforce with the competencies, opportunities, and courage to ensure all people attain their full health potential. We do this through convening partners, providing technical assistance, and developing and disseminating research related to health pathway programs.

The Center for Health Pathways (CHP) aims to support the first two pillars of the Health Workforce Equity Framework: Who enters the health workforce; and how are they educated and trained?
CHP actively works to increase the quality and quantity of professionals entering the health workforce by supporting the recruitment, infrastructure, and evidence base of pathway programs. This Center amplifies opportunities for student exposure to, and experience in, health professions careers; accelerates pathway program success; and advances evidence around pathway program effectiveness.
